:: Rewiring for Resilience :: With Mind Bright

In this engaging, interactive, science-based workshop we’ll normalize the conversation around mental wellbeing as we unpack how Neuroscience tells us many of us are unknowingly and unfortunately wiring our brains for patterns for chronic stress and anxiety. More importantly we will explore and focus on why stress itself is only one part of the problem and what we can instead shift our focus to, to rewire our brains for calm and resilience. All with a self-led wellbeing practice that only takes a few minutes a day.

This workshop is less about the ongoing impact of Cyclone Gabrielle, but instead shifting the focus on what we can control to support our resilience and mental wellbeing on the journey towards resolution.
