Our Breath & Body Gentle Rejuvenation Day Retreat focuses on using breath to regulate your body and nervous system; energy and sound healing for chakra alignment, stress reduction and relaxation; and using yin yoga to connect in with your mind and physical sensations of the body.
It's a day of releasing the old, drawing on facilitated techniques to gently move into a state of calm and balance, and learning the skills to support gentle rejuvenation in an effective and sustainable way.
An intimate event limited to fifteen guests, our Day Retreat is being held at beautiful Kula Muriwai; Auckland's boutique coastal venue surrounded by native bush and with stunning views.
