You deserve time for Yourself.
It’s very common for the feminine to be in service to others. Although the feminine is becoming much more aware of selfcare, it can still be a struggle to find time and space to give care and nourishment to self. Paula + Corry from KULA understand this deeply, from their hearts to yours they have Lovingly crafted just the space! Designed for the Feminine to come and receive rest, nourishment and dedicated time to connect with self and if desired other likeminded wahine.
Rest, Recharge + Connect
This evening is self lead meaning that you choose what you need from the space. Come and enjoy a spa under the stars, a cup of tea, beautiful conversations or time to breathe into the spaciousness of KULA’S environment and just BE. This event is KOHA based, meaning you just pay a small offering of cash that is suitable for you on the door.
Offerings
Each month there will be a small and gentle offering which you can choose to par take in. From yoga, dance, meditation + feminine based education talks. This Month we are delighted to have Guest speaker Emily from Phase Fertility.
“I am a New Zealand Born and Bred NFNZ Accredited Fertility Awareness Educator, Registered Midwife, and Certified Yoga Teacher. With a passion for facilitating body literacy and embracing the power of our natural hormones, I teach the Sympto-Thermal Method (STM) for natural contraception, conception, and body awareness.
Driven by a deep curiosity and reverence for the female reproductive system, I am dedicated to exploring how we can utilise the menstrual cycle as a guiding force in our lives. I recognise the unique strengths and challenges within each phase and strive to help individuals leverage this knowledge to their advantage. Personally practising the STM since 2016 has enriched my life, empowering me to live in harmony with my natural physiology.
Artificial hormones, implants and side effects are not our only options for living out our fertile years. I adore walking alongside people as they discover the harmonious workings of our reproductive physiology. As a Midwife, I see the benefits of body awareness extend throughout all seasons of life, supporting people during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. I am excited to share my knowledge and support you on your journey towards discovering your unique reproductive physiology.” - Emily
