We will sit in circle, and be guided to connect with the medicine of mama cacao and to set our hearts intentions. To share (or not to share) what is alive within us in a safe, open and receptive circle of sisters. Dropping into guided breath work, meditation and some intuitive, embodied movements to open up our hearts, create freedom in our bodies and connect to our divine feminine essence. To integrate and close the circle, we will drop into a deeply relaxing and restorative, sacred sound healing journey.
A beautiful weaving of feminine practices to drop us in to our hearts, our bodies and our pleasure. Creating safety to share and explore what is alive for us. Or simply sit and receive the medicine of immersing in the energy of the space and sisterhood.
